| Jim is the "heart of the company". He has grown up in the business, since his father Donald A. Dickerson started it in 1933. Jim has a large amount of responsibilities because of his wisdom, experience, and expertise. One of Jim’s many responsibilities is that of the Head Grower. This is Jim’s love. Jim walks through the facilities many times each day to ensure that the crops are getting the most optimum growing environment possible. Jim is senior partner and oversees all sales and business decisions. He also acts as the Operation and Production Manager as he oversees all production scheduling and daily operations. Contact |

| Allen has played a major role in the company for nearly 30 years. He is responsible for ensuring that our plants arrive at their destination in the fastest, most efficient manor. Allen routes the truck deliveries, and oversees the loading of each truck before it leaves our facility. He is also a part of our Disease & Pest Management Team and performs some maintenance.
